Our time together may include grounding practices, guided meditation, journaling prompts, and gentle group reflection. Each gathering is designed to help you gain clarity, restore balance, and align with the natural rhythm of the lunar cycle.
No experience with meditation or spiritual practice is required. All are welcome.
